This tumbling class helps develop strength and flexibility while learning tumbling skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Floor progressions, balance work, and use of a mini trampoline supports strength training in the muscle groups as well as developing large motor skills. You will see a lot more jumping around the house.

Required Dance Attire: Black leotard – no tights and no shoes.
