Our Drama classes consist of 2 10-week sessions focusing on basic acting techniques. The class will work on scenes from dramatic plays and focus on teaching the actor how to develop a character and make clear specific choices in doing so.

The class emphasizes basic elements of the craft of acting. Focus will be on scene study and monologues. Improvisation will also be incorporated in order to free up the actor.

The class instills principles of good acting techniques and stresses the actor’s connection to his/her spontaneous impulses and fosters a sensitized connection to his/her fellow actors.
