Ages 5 to 6

This Kiddie Hip Hop class is fun and cool! It’s designed to focus on introductory hip-hop skills for students who are in kindergarten or first grade while engaged in a cardiovascular workout.  Students will learn basic fundamentals of this dance form including wave movements and rhythmic perception. Free dance is explored to develop one’s self-expression and body awareness. Students will dance to today’s music while gaining strength and developing confidence, self-esteem, and social skills that will last a lifetime. Self-expression is encouraged from every little dancer.

Required Dance Attire: black hip hop pants, black t-shirt and black shoes.
